ServiceMaster employ a higher ratio of Managers and Supervisors compared to the industry norm to ensure Service Levels are achieved and maintained. Our team of dedicated professionals work diligently to deliver a common goal of Total Customer Satisfaction.

Staff Monitoring and Attendance

Staff are our most important resource and their regular attendance and timekeeping is vital to maintain excellent cleaning standards and customer satisfaction. ServiceMaster takes this part of its commitment to our clients very seriously and we have invested in the latest technology to monitor this.

ServiceMaster uses EziTracker to monitor its workforce which alerts management to any “no-shows” enabling a swift response whilst also giving us the exact time a member of staff has arrived and left the premises using real time technology.
